Nina has travelled the world, serving up her creations to some of the most discerning palettes. She is known as the Queen of Canapés amongst many - her little morsels of delight are not only 100% beautiful but always knock your socks off in flavour. 

Join her for a Masterclass in Canapés at the Walled Garden where she will inspire you and impart all of her culinary wisdom for one night only. We will create at least 6 canapés and discuss the key components of making them great: 

The vessel  - what you serve your canapé on (the edible part) 

The plate - how you serve your canapé to make it look superb 

The garnish - those finishing touches which make all the difference. 

Guests will pause mid way through the masterclass for a light dinner.

7pm - Arrival, glass of Rathfinny English sparkling wine 

7.15pm - Canapé Masterclass, with 6 different types of canapés to get your creative juices flowing 

8pm - Light Dinner Served 

8.45pm - Q & A Session with Nina 

9.15pm - Drinks and general chat 

10pm - End
